hand wash
1. Soaking
Add a dash of Soak to a quart of cool water, making sure there is enough room for the water to move around the garment and completely coat it. Let it soak for 15 minutes (longer is fine).
2. Expressions
Gently squeeze out the water - no rinsing is necessary. Some color may bleed into the water, but don't worry, it won't harm your item. (However, it's always a good idea to test the colorfastness before washing.)
3. Drying
Wrap the garment in a dry towel* and squeeze out any moisture. Lay flat to dry. *If your item (like a wired bra) shouldn't be rolled, simply use a towel to squeeze out any excess moisture before laying flat to dry.

We use Soak in the machine for all our favorite pieces - from dreamy lingerie to elegant dresses, stylish shirts, cozy wool socks and our favorite winter hats and gloves. No matter what it is - Soak is the perfect choice!
1. Fill the machine
Simply load everything you want to wash into the machine. For delicate items, we recommend the Simone Pérele laundry bag. Add Soak to the detergent compartment - one teaspoon per 4.5 liters of water used is enough. We have had good experiences with 2-3 teaspoons.
2. Washing
Wash your laundry in cool water on a gentle cycle. Depending on the fabrics, you can even skip the rinse cycle - after all, Soak is a no-rinse formula (no need to rinse!) that saves water.
3. Drying
Let knitwear and underwear dry flat. Hang other items to dry to save energy, or use the dryer if necessary. Delicate items that can go in the dryer should stay in the laundry bag for extra protection.

→ Soak works in both conventional and high-efficiency (HE) machines and is great for top-loaders and front-loaders. Use it like a liquid detergent and set the machine to the gentle cycle. Whether you use the rinse cycle or not is up to you.

How do I make a return?
You can return the items you ordered within 14 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged, clean, without signs of wear and with a label.
