We handle your returns hassle-free!
You can return the goods ordered from us within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason.
If you buy goods for at least €60 (keep them and do not return them), the return shipping is free for you! Request your free return label by email!
Alternatively, we offer you a free return label if you agree to a refund in the form of a voucher. You can then redeem this on your next purchase.
Example: You order three items, e.g. a bra for €79.95 and two bottoms for €39.95 each, and you only want to keep one bottom because you may have ordered different sizes to try on. In this case, you are buying goods worth €119.90 and can return the bottom worth €39.95 to us free of charge.

Exchanges - we do not exchange goods! If you would like a different item than the one you ordered, please place a new order.
The condition for the refund is that the goods are returned to us in perfect condition. We ask for your understanding that items that show signs of wear (e.g. make-up, skin cream, etc.) will not be refunded. In this case, you are obliged to purchase Removing labels from goods also obliges you to purchase them - we cannot accept any items back without the original label.
Please also note the fitting instructions!
Notes for your fitting:
For hygienic reasons, please keep your underwear on when trying on the clothes.
Please avoid contamination from make-up, deodorant or skin cream.
DO NOT remove labels from the product.
We can only accept returns of tights and adhesive bras if they are in their original packaging and unopened - they must NOT be tried on.
Returns from abroad
Returns from abroad are always at the customer's own expense - there is no reimbursement of return costs from abroad. The shipping costs paid for delivery on our part will NOT be refunded in the event of a return - only the goods will be refunded.
If you return the goods at your own expense, you can do so without any information to us - we only need your name.
Processing your return, including the refund, can take up to 10 days after we receive the return. The refund will only be made using the same payment method that we used to receive payment from you.
