We deliver within 2 to 7 working days after receiving your order. However, we would like to stress that we always try to deliver as quickly as possible. On average, this takes place within 3 working days.

You can return the items you ordered within 14 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged, clean, without signs of wear and with a label. To meet this deadline, you can register the return within 14 days of delivery. The return must have your name legibly on or in the box so that we can find your order.

If you buy goods worth at least €60 - and keep them - you will receive a return label from us for any items worth more than this that you would like to return. Alternatively, you will also receive a return label from us if we are allowed to refund the returned goods as a voucher.
